With three silver and two bronze medals and a number of crews making the finals in their events, it certainly was a very successful meet and one to be remembered for years to come.
The final Rowing medal tally is:
- SILVER - Women’s Coxless Pair – Kate Hornsey (TAS) and Sarah Tait (VIC)
- SILVER – Men’s Coxless Four – James Chapman (NSW), Joshua Dunkley-Smith (VIC), Drew Ginn (VIC), Will Lockwood (VIC)
- SILVER - Women’s Double Scull – Kim Crow (VIC) and Brooke Pratley (NSW)
- BRONZE - Men’s Quad Scull - Daniel Noonan (NSW), Karsten Forsterling (VIC), James McRae (SA), Chris Morgan (SA)
- BRONZE - Women’s Single Scull – Kim Crow (VIC)
With the Olympic events now completed, Bentleys NSW is now looking forward to watching the next major Rowing competition, the Sydney International Rowing Regatta which will be held on 18-24 March 2013 at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith NSW.
