Tracy has over fourteen years experience in Tax and Business Services and has been a Manager of Bentleys Perth, (formerly Rix Levy Fowler) since June 2002. During her time in public practice, Tracy works with clients who are small and large businesses in the engineering and construction industries.

Tracy was also Practice Manager for Bentleys Perth in 2008 and managed the firm's IT between 2003 and 2008. Tracy also assists with training junior staff members and maintenance of the firm's internal work papers.
